FIVE LOAVES FOOD PANTRY

ROC’s mission is to reach hurting and hungry people for Jesus. Toward this end,  we are pleased to partner with the Second Reformed Church and the Five Loaves Food Pantry. The food pantry is unique in that families get to choose their own food rather than receive a pre-packaged set of goods. Families are given “points” based on the number of members in the family. These points can be redeemed for foods across several categories – proteins, beans, vegetables, fruits, rice, pasta, cereals, and miscellaneous items. The Food Pantry now also runs a Diaper Bank for those in need. Please use the Mine Street side entrance to the pantry. A thrift shop is also available to anyone in Middlesex County. Hours of operation: Monday – Thursday: 10:00 am-2:00 pm
Hours of operation Monday through Wednesday 10 AM to 2 PM.  Providing volunteer staff is available. It is highly recommended that clients call ahead to 732 545-1019 to confirm staff will be available to open. Closed every third Tuesday of the month for food delivery

At the start of 2022, it also opened a free brunch program for Rutgers Students.
